I first discovered this up and coming brand online. It is amazing the different varied companies you can find on Twitter and Facebook.
Their products really caught my eye, in particular their Mexican Bean Bakes, Fish Cakes and Pizzas (in fact I have another one in the oven as we speak!).
Anything Mexican related I will give a try. I love Fajitas (Thanks to BFree for making them readily available for the Gluten Free community) and nachos with plenty of guacamole.
I lived on bean bakes in my second year of uni, because they were so easy to cook, you just pop them in the over.
These are too easy, and they are frozen which means you don't have to eat them in a certain time.
They take 30 minutes in the oven, and are possibly the nicest bean bakes I have tried. They are really crispy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside, and yes, you guessed it they haven't been sparing on the beans!
They are full of flavour, and are extremely filling.
This is the same as the Fish Cakes, they are perfectly golden when you get them out of the oven, and crispy on the outside. They are too full of flavour, and Georgia's choice haven't scrimped on the fish!
The one thing I was really looking forward to trying was the Pizza, and thank goodness i received two.
These aren't your usual frozen gluten free pizza. In an earlier post I had complained about Sainsbury's pepperoni pizza being too greasy, and just not pleasant. This pizza however, is totally different.
It is the best frozen Gluten Free pizza I have tasted. I would go as far as to say that it is even better than some of the pizza's they serve in Pizza Express! Perfectly crispy on the crust and the base is deliciously chewy.
There wasn't grease welling on the top either, like other frozen pizzas.
I was only meant to have half the pizza for dinner and half for lunch, but it was so nice I gobbled it all down in about 10 minutes.

9/10 I would recommend all these products to anyone, they have a great taste, and taste like they are normal food. This is what Coeliacs alike have been wanting for years! Finally!! :)
