I don't know about you, but my all time favourite snack has to be popcorn, and this AMAZING new cinnamon spice popcorn from Metcalfe's is my new go to snack!
Most of the time while at work I eat at my desk, and this is a great healthy sweet snack at only 117 calories. I found this in the small boots store in Euston Station (my quick option of lunch). Best of all they are included in the lunch meal deal which is £3.79 (normally the 25 gram pack is priced at £1.15).
The sweetness is balanced out with a pinch of salt that really makes you wanting more, I finished the packet in 5 minutes flat, and instantly wanted more...Its just as well I am on the 14th floor and the lifts were broken!
