Prezzo - Gluten Free Pizza

After a recent visit to Prezzo, I have to say I was very impressed with their pizza. 

How I have craved pizza when out for a meal, the food jealousy raged within as I used to watch my boyfriend devour a whole pizza to himself while I sat with a plain chicken salad without the dressing. 

 NOT. ANY. MORE. 

And BOY have I made the most of it!! 

Only the Classic pizzas can be made with a gluten free base, and the staff are very helpful when questioned about what toppings are also Gluten Free. They also ask you if it is a diet preference or if you have an allergy. 

Fortunately this night us coeliacs were out in force. I used to get embarrassed about asking for a Gluten Free option, because it was never available. Now I can sit in a restaurant, and eat a whole pizza to myself. 

AMAZING. 

The next step for Prezzo is introduce a gluten free pasta option, like Zizzi have done. 

Have fun trying, my favourite is the Bianca Classic Pizza.
