BFree Tortillas

I saw the BFree Team at the Allergy and Free From Show back in July. Since then I have seen them popping up all over the place, especially in Asda.

I had frozen some of the tortillas I got from the show, and decided one day to have tortillas again. I did have some left over though, and I used these for wraps for lunch.
I had one little tortilla left, so I decided to make my own tortilla chips to go with a chilli con carne I had made. I cut the tortilla into triangles, brushed them with a mixture of chilli, paprika, cayaan pepper and olive oil, and then popped them under the grill for a few minutes each side.

They actually turned out ok, and tasted nice (which for an experiment I was quite pleased with). They went very well with my chili con carne. They are a fresher and slightly healthier version as well, especially if you wanted to make homemade nachos for friends and family.
