If you are a Coeliac or have any kind of allergy, you know the stresses and strains of travelling to European countries without an option to buy anything on the plane, which means you have to be extra organised and take your own bag of food - not so much anymore!
On a recent flight to our Dublin Based office, my Gluten Free Managing director sent me these pictures -there were Gluten Free options on the menu!
Ok so there aren't hundreds of options, and it is 5euros a snack pack, but this is great for us coeliacs moving forward!
The cottage pie you have to pre-order but I can live with that!
I look forward to flying in April to Dublin for a weekend visit!
Thank you Aer Lingus from all the disgruntled coeliacs out there for offering an option to those of us who are not always as organised as they should be!
