Last week I visited M&S on my way home from work (which is a bigger store than the one in Chiswick where I live).
I found that they now sell Ciabatta, something that I haven't had in a good while.
I decided to make a starter of Bruschetta and please forgive me this is my first attempt at doing so, even though it is possibly the easiest starter I have ever made.
Apparently it didn't even taste 'Gluten Free' so Thank you M&S for creating a substitute that others take for granted.
The Gluten Free Range in M&S has really grown in the last year, and I was surprised to see 'fresh products' on the shelves too. Look out for the Salmon and Cod Fish Cakes among the usual produce!
